zetti adela...


that is so me pepul... sgt malas untuk exercise tp nk kurus... cemane? *haih*... dr dulu semangat nk kurus tuh ade... tp semangat nk exercise yg tade.. i went to mayfair once... shed a few kgs tp with strict diet... no carbs n sugar allowed for 2 weeks... went for protein diet... and main badminton thrice a week... badan rs sgt ringan...i went from 59 to 54/55... i can fit into my kebaya... tp skang tidak lagi... nk kancing butang baju pon sgt ssh... wahahah... nnt mak meletop u ols... i went for aerobic session for 2weeks str8... pastu kne ciken pox.. ade je bende yg menghalang... buat yoga? warm up die pon buat mak semput u ols... pastu cemane? cer terangkan sket? skang badanku mcm di pam2... wahaha... baju tuh takleh pakai... baju nih takleh pakai... tp since puase aritu my body drop one size... sbb sblm puase g fitting baju dgn ukuran tu.. tp lps puase.. mak andam tuh kate longgar... tak cantik... huhu... kne re-fitting blk... *yeay*

now i have to start to control my food intake... i wana luk gud on my big day... i still hv plenty of time (tak byk mane pon sbnrny) as of today 15/10... kne ctrl mkn sblm kawen so dat aft kawen kalau pregnant morning sickness tak truk sgt... itu marni ckp.. not moi...
